Information we collect

We collect account username, email address, a one-way password hash, shop and Roblox verification details, listings and uploaded images, messages, orders, disputes, ratings, notifications, and administrative records. Hosting and security providers may process IP address, device, request, and fraud-prevention information.

Payments

Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Orvanto. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, refunds, and connected-seller payout information.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and shops, process and track orders, prevent fraud, enforce policies, resolve disputes, communicate service activity, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and device storage

A secure HTTP-only session cookie keeps you logged in. The shopping cart is stored locally in your browser. Essential security and hosting cookies may also be used. We do not describe essential login storage as advertising consent.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with the buyer or seller as needed for an order, and with hosting, storage, email, fraud, payment, legal, and safety providers. Public listings and storefronts are visible to anyone. Records are retained while needed for the service, disputes, security, accounting, or law, then deleted or de-identified when reasonably possible.

Your choices

You may edit shop information and request access, correction, or deletion through a marketplace administrator. Some transaction, fraud, and legal records may need to be retained. Rights vary by location.

Security and children

We use password hashing, restricted sessions, and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure. Financial marketplace features are not intended for anyone under 18.
