Marketplace Safety

Protect your account

Never share a Roblox password, Orvanto password, security code, cookie, recovery code, or remote-access session. Staff and legitimate sellers do not need these.

Keep evidence

Use order messages, keep screenshots of agreed delivery details, and report suspicious requests. Do not move payment or communication off-platform.

Inspect before confirming

The seller clicks “Item delivered.” The buyer should verify the correct item and quantity before clicking “Item received.” If anything is wrong, open a dispute instead.

Know the platform risk

Roblox may change, restrict, or remove virtual content or accounts. A listing on Orvanto does not override Roblox rules or guarantee that a transfer will remain available.

Emergency issues

Report fraud, threats, exploitation, or unauthorized account access immediately through the marketplace report controls and the relevant platform or payment provider.
